في هذه الخدمة نقرأ قائمة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) أو مجموعة الأهداف والنتائج الرئيسية (OKRs) كما هي لديك، ونعيدها إليك بمراجعة مكتوبة: ما الواضح، وما الناقص، وما الذي يُصلَح أولاً. المراجعة عملية ومحددة، ومكتوبة لتستخدمها مباشرة في جلسة مراجعة الخطة أو في إعداد الخطة الجديدة.

ماذا نراجع

• تعريف المؤشر: هل الاسم والتعريف والمعادلة (البسط والمقام) والوحدة واضحة بحيث يحسب شخصان مختلفان الرقم نفسه؟
• قابلية القياس: هل يمكن قياسه فعلاً بالبيانات المتاحة، وبأي دورية؟
• خط الأساس والمستهدف: هل لكل مؤشر خط أساس بتاريخه، ومستهدف بتاريخه، واتجاه واضح (الأعلى أفضل أم الأقل)؟
• الملكية: هل لكل مؤشر مالك محدد، لا «لجنة» ولا «الجميع»؟
• مصدر البيانات: هل المصدر محدد وموثوق، أم «حسب التقارير»؟
• المواءمة مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية: هل يرتبط كل مؤشر بهدف استراتيجي واضح؟ وهل هناك أهداف بلا مؤشرات، أو مؤشرات بلا هدف؟
• جودة OKR: هل الهدف وصف لما تريد تحقيقه، والنتيجة الرئيسية قياس لتحقيقه، لا قائمة مهام أو أنشطة؟
• التوازن بين المؤشرات المبكرة والمتأخرة: هل هناك مؤشرات تتحرك قبل النتيجة، أم كل المؤشرات تقيس النتيجة بعد فوات الأوان؟
• التسلسل (Cascade): هل تنتقل الأهداف والمؤشرات بوضوح من مستوى المؤسسة إلى الإدارات والفرق، من دون تكرار أو فجوات؟

ماذا ترسل

• قائمة مؤشراتك أو مجموعة OKR بصيغة Excel أو Word أو PDF، كما هي، حتى لو كانت ناقصة. الحقول الناقصة جزء مما نراجعه.
• قائمة أهدافك الاستراتيجية أو خريطتك الاستراتيجية إن وُجدت، كسياق للمواءمة فقط.
• قائمة البيانات القصيرة (مرفقة بعد الشراء).
• إذا كنت تستخدم أداة «Strategy Execution & OKR Tracker» من نبض | Pulse (ملف Excel)، يمكنك إرسال الملف كما هو.
• لا نحتاج أي بيانات سرية غير لازمة. يمكنك إخفاء اسم الجهة، واستبدال أسماء الأشخاص بالمسميات الوظيفية، وإخفاء القيم الحساسة أو تقريبها (مع ملاحظة أن ذلك قد يحدّ من التعليق على واقعية المستهدفات).

• التسليم خلال 3 أيام عمل من استلام المواد كاملة وتأكيد النطاق.

كيف تعمل الخدمة

1. أتمم الشراء على Payhip وأجب عن أسئلة الدفع القصيرة.

السعر والنطاق

• 250 دولاراً سعر ثابت، حتى 25 بنداً. البند = مؤشر واحد أو نتيجة رئيسية واحدة. الأهداف تُراجع مع نتائجها ولا تُحتسب بنوداً منفصلة.
• أكثر من 25 بنداً: نراسلك قبل البدء، فتختار 25 بنداً للمراجعة أولاً، أو نتفق معك على نطاق وسعر مناسبين. لا نحتسب أي مبلغ إضافي من دون موافقتك المكتوبة.

الاسترداد

• استرداد كامل إذا طلبته قبل إرسال موادك أو قبل تأكيد النطاق.

• المراجعة رأي مهني مكتوب مبني على المواد التي ترسلها فقط. لا نتحقق من صحة أرقامك الفعلية، ولا نضع المستهدفات بدلاً منك، ولا نكتب استراتيجيتك.
• لا نضمن تحسّن الأداء، ولا نتيجة أي تدقيق أو تقييم أو جائزة. القرار والتنفيذ لفريقك.
• إذا رأينا أن المجموعة بحاجة إلى إعادة بناء لا إلى تحسين، فسنقول ذلك بصراحة.
• نستخدم ما ترسله لهذه المراجعة فقط، ولا نشاركه مع أي طرف، ولا نذكر اسم جهتك في أي مكان. ويمكنك طلب حذف ملفاتك في أي وقت بعد التسليم.

أسئلة شائعة

• هل تراجعون مؤشرات أي قطاع؟ نعم، مؤشرات الخطة الاستراتيجية والإدارات والمبادرات في أي قطاع. نراجع جودة التعريف والبناء، لا تفاصيل تقنية متخصصة في قطاعك.
• مؤشراتي غير مكتملة، هل أرسلها؟ نعم. أرسلها كما هي، فالحقول الناقصة من أهم ما نشير إليه.
• هل تكتبون المؤشرات أو OKR بدلاً عنا؟ لا. نقترح أمثلة لإعادة الصياغة حيث تفيد، وتبقى الصياغة والقرار لكم.
• هل تضعون المستهدفات؟ لا. نراجع هل المستهدف محدد وله خط أساس وتاريخ، وننبّه إذا بدا غير متسق مع خط الأساس.

What we review

• KPI definitions: are the name, definition, formula (numerator and denominator) and unit clear enough that two different people would calculate the same number?
• Measurability: can it actually be measured with the data you have, and how often?
• Baselines and targets: does each KPI have a dated baseline, a dated target and a clear direction (higher or lower is better)?
• Ownership: does each KPI have a named owner, not "the committee" or "everyone"?
• Data sources: is the source specific and reliable, or "as per reports"?
• Alignment to strategic objectives: does each KPI link to a clear strategic objective? Are there objectives with no KPIs, or KPIs with no objective?
• OKR quality: is the objective a statement of what you want to achieve, and is each key result a measure of achieving it, rather than a task or activity list?
• Leading/lagging balance: are there indicators that move before the outcome, or does everything measure the result after it is too late to act?
• Cascade: do objectives and KPIs flow clearly from organisation level to departments and teams, without duplication or gaps?

What you send

• Your KPI list or OKR set as Excel, Word or PDF, as it is, even if it is incomplete. Missing fields are part of what we review.
• Your strategic objectives or strategy map, if you have one, as context for the alignment check only.
• The short intake checklist (attached after purchase).
• If you use the نبض | Pulse Strategy Execution & OKR Tracker (Excel file), you can send the file as it is.
• We do not need any confidential data beyond what the review requires. You can hide the organisation's name, replace people's names with job titles, and hide or round sensitive values (note that this may limit comments on how realistic targets are).

What you get

• A written review document (PDF or Word) with prioritised findings: for each finding, what the problem is, why it matters and how to fix it, with rewording examples where useful.
• A one-page "top 5 fixes" summary you can share with your team or leadership.

Price and scope

• $250 fixed, for up to 25 items. One item = one KPI or one key result. Objectives are reviewed with their key results and are not counted as separate items.
• More than 25 items: we email you before starting. Either you choose 25 items to review first, or we agree a suitable scope and price with you. Nothing extra is charged without your written OK.

Refunds

• Full refund if you ask before sending your material or before scope is confirmed.
• No refund after the review is delivered.

Honesty and confidentiality

• The review is a written professional opinion based only on the material you send. We do not verify your actual data values, set targets for you, or write your strategy.
• We do not guarantee improved performance, or the outcome of any audit, assessment or award. Decisions and delivery stay with your team.
• If we think the set needs rebuilding rather than refining, we will say so plainly.
• We use what you send for this review only, do not share it with anyone, and never name your organisation anywhere. You can ask us to delete your files at any time after delivery.

FAQ

• Do you review KPIs from any sector? Yes: strategic plan, department and initiative KPIs in any sector. We review definition and design quality, not specialist technical details of your field.
• My KPIs are incomplete. Should I still send them? Yes. Send them as they are; missing fields are among the most useful things we flag.
• Will you write our KPIs or OKRs for us? No. We suggest rewording examples where useful; the wording and decisions stay yours.
• Do you set targets? No. We check that each target is specified, has a baseline and a date, and flag it if it looks inconsistent with the baseline.
• What counts as 25 items? One item is one KPI or one key result. Objectives are not counted.
• What if I have more than 25 items? We email you before starting: pick 25, or we agree a suitable scope and price.
• Which file formats? Excel, Word or PDF.
• What language is the review in? Arabic or English, as you choose at checkout.
