What is better than a beach promenade?Penelope is wearing her leggins, a t-shirt and a cast shoe on her casted foot.Penelope crutches out on a jetty and although she has a casted foot she wants to feel if the water is warm with her toes so we get to see her jump both down and up the stairs to the water.
