How to use this diary

Pregnancy is counted in gestational weeks, starting from the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP), not from conception. That is why a full-term pregnancy is about 40 weeks. Your due date is usually estimated as 280 days after your LMP and confirmed by an early ultrasound.
