Most of the exercises are self explanatory and I provided links to most of the workouts but my DM’s are always open if you have questions about any of the work outs!

CAUTION: Users under the age of 13 should take extreme precaution and should participate in body weight alternatives rather than physical weight lifting unless they have previous experience or supervision from a qualified professional.

RISK OF TRAINING: Users will perform their workout program at their own risk. Users must understand that exercising without individualized coaching/instruction and supervision is dangerous and can lead to acute or chronic injury, disability and/or death. Due to the inability of users to undergo an in-person assessment/consultation, exercise prescription may be flawed. This program serves as a means to provide users with a training plan; however, Jared Emanuele is unable to provide individualized coaching. This program includes video demonstrations but further coaching is not provided. Jared Emanuele online program users should be self-proficient with regards to light, moderate and vigorous activity. Users of Jared Emanuele online programs are expected to perform the program under supervision of a certified professional if they are not experienced exercisers and/or believe that the video demonstration did not lead them to mastery of an exercise. Users of Jared Emanuele online programs should never perform an exercise if form is questionable. Users are expected to know common signs of overtraining and stop training if these signs arise throughout the training program. Users are expected to cease exercise at the first sign of injury or pain. Soreness in the hips, knees, ankles, back and other joints of the body or severe soreness of the muscles are a common side effect of progressing exercise too quickly and serves as a signal for you to stop exercising until pain ceases.
PREVIOUS/CURRENT INJURY: Jared Emanuele online programs are not customized for a user’s age and/or perceived fitness/skill level. Jared Emanuele online programs are designed specifically for healthy/non injured people without a history of injury or disease. In the case that a user is returning to exercise after injury, they must be completely cleared by a medical professional.
