This one starts one step earlier. Enter what the seller is asking and what you expect to resell for, and it gives you a maximum buy price and a BUY, THIN or PASS verdict. Pay more than that number and the item loses money no matter how well it sells.

You enter your own fee rates rather than trusting mine. That is deliberate. Platforms change their fees, and a spreadsheet quietly using last year's rate is worse than one that asks. Copy your rates from your own payout statement once and this file stays correct through every fee change.

AGEING STOCK, NOT JUST PROFIT

Anything unsold past your own threshold is flagged. A cheap buy that sits for a year is not a good buy, and the dashboard shows you exactly how much cash is stuck in stock that is not moving.
