hi guys, these are my go-to twixtor settings :)

how to download the preset to your after effects:

mac:

open finder > go to applications > open the ae folder > drag the preset into the "presets" folder

windows:

open program files > adobe folder > after effects > support files > presets

in case you need to adjust your keyframes:

put the 2nd keyframe one frame after the 1st one, and the 3rd keyframe to the middle of the clip
