Most student planners are printable pages. This one is a working Excel / Google Sheets workbook that does the grade math for you. Built with heavy-course-load students in mind (engineering, CS, science), but it works for any college or university course.

WHAT IS INSIDE (9 connected tabs)

• Start Here: quick instructions with clickable links to every tab
• Settings: semester name, grading scale selector, GPA method, alert window, weekly study goal
• Courses: up to 10 courses with credits and target grade. Current grade, letter, GPA points and status (On track / Slightly behind / At risk) fill in automatically
• Grades: up to 10 graded items per course, your current weighted grade, a projected grade, and the score needed on the final exam to reach your target (with a clear message when it is not reachable)
• Assignments: overdue rows turn red, rows due soon turn amber, done tasks grey out
• Exams: days left, study hours planned vs done, prep %
• Weekly Schedule: Mon-Sun class grid, color-coded by course
• GPA Dashboard: semester and cumulative GPA, credits, courses at risk, deadlines, plus charts
• Study Log: weekly totals, totals per course and a chart against your weekly goal
