Cambium is a triangular-shaped shawl consisting of a simple cable and lace pattern interspersed with garter stitch ridges. Hudson and West’s Forge and Weld yarns both produce a soft, warm and cozy shawl with beautiful stitch definition and texture.

Cambium is quite versatile. You can alter the shawl’s size making it larger or smaller. You can also work it up in a number of yarn weights; fingering, DK, worsted and perhaps if you’d like, even a bulky weight. The stitch pattern in Cambium lends itself to creating a reversible shawl. The RS displays a crisp, textured fabric full of cables and garter stitch; while the WS is a subtler look with lace surrounded by pillows of Stockinette and Reverse Stockinette stitches.

Instructions are given in both charted and written form and a stitch count table is included for pattern repeats.
