This rectangle crochet basket tutorial creates a beautiful and sturdy crochet basket with double layered sides. You can make this crochet basket pattern as big as you'd like with easily repeating the rounds of the pattern.
The basket crochet pattern is easy to make, using only single crochet and half double crochet stitches.

{ Crochet Terminology } - The pattern is written using English (U.S) terminology.
{ Materials Needed }
Hooks size needed: 5.5 mm / I & 6 mm / J.
The pattern is crocheted with 2 strands held together of Worsted (#4) weight cotton yarn.
Total amount of yarn needed: 130gr/259m/283yds.
Additional materials needed:
5 Stitch markers (optional)
{ Finished Size } - Base: 6x4.5 in (15.2x11.4 cm), Height: 3 inch (7.6 cm) - can be worked to a bigger size.
