Moving, Compelling, Healing

I’ve read most of the poems by Dee Carr. This book of poems I found very healing and compelling. I found the poems filled with an honest look at examining the human soul and emerging with determination and conviction. Very good for use as a healing modality and for reflection of the human spirit. .

Healing One Page At A Time

This book gives you so much insight onto nearly if not all of life’s challenges. These poems are a recipe to not only reflect, but to challenge your own worst enemy which is your mind in times of trouble and self deprecation. If you have ever suffered or been diagnosed with any mental heath issue this book can certainly help. Reading it is like hearing the simple answer to your problems in a way that quietly says “ why didn’t I think of it that way”. Trust me when I say you are in for a treat. I am so proud of Dee for gifting this to the world. Finally putting in print what he gives freely in everyday conversation.
