Mending & Button Repair Record Kit - Printable A4 & US Letter

Six printable pages: an introduction, repair queue, button matching record, before-you-mend sheet, session record and aftercare review. A reusable record kit rather than a step-by-step repair manual.

Includes two printable PDFs: one A4 and one US Letter edition, each containing the same 6 pages. Print at actual size / 100% using the file matching your paper. Greyscale works well. Pages are designed for printing and handwriting or tracing; not fillable forms or editable templates.

Original designs by REALLYBYTE / ButtonStudios.net. Digital download only: no physical product, fabric, tools or finished project included. For adult craft use. Personal and household use; print extra copies for your own household. Private physical gifts are allowed. Resale, commercial use and redistribution of blank templates are not permitted.
