Wildflower Creations Full Terms Of Service
With any purchase/download of a Wildflower Creations product, you are bound to this TOS agreement. Breaking any of these guidelines will result in legal action, revocation of product access, and being added to a public blocklist.
NO AI USE
Use of any Wildflower Creations products in any AI forms is strictly prohibited, this includes and is not limited to: generating images based on any products, using products to train AI models, or altering products using AI.
NO REDISTROBUTION
Under no circumstances may you allow access to any Wildflower Creations products to people who do not own them for themselves. You are also not to resell any of these products either by themselves or as part of a larger project. (Excluding products that are specifically marked for commercial sale) This also includes uploading files to any "ripper" sites and uploading for people who do not own the products for themselves.
Public Use
VRC assets and models are permitted for public use, as long as they are safe for work only. Sold textures may not be and must only be applied to private avatar models.
Edits
The making and selling of edited versions of models and assets are permitted as long as all parties have purchased the assets/models for themselves before receiving any edited packages.
Commissons
You may take commission on any products within the Wildflower Creations shop, as long as all parties involved have purchased the products for themselves first, and packages are not given to people who have not proven their purchases.
No Hatefull Imagery
Under no circumstances are you permitted to use any Wildflower Creation products to perpetuate hate speech or hateful imagery towards any groups (racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, etc.). If you do, I am not liable for the consequences.
No Price-Splitting
No splitting the price (two or more people paying for one avatar) for any products. For a purchase to be valid, you must have full purchase ownership of the products bought.
Model Asset Reuse
No assets from any models are to be removed and reused on other avatars. Original creators are always credited in the descriptions. To use the assets, purchase them from the original creators.
Streaming Use
Use for streaming or video recording is permitted as long as proper credit is given if someone asks (no gatekeeping, you bums)
Character Ownership
I reserve the rights to all textures/designs under the Wildflower Creations brand. Sold textures permit use, but I retain ownership of the designs themselves. You are not to claim credit or ownership of any textures/designs.
NSFW, 18+ Verification
To recive any NSFW or 18+ products, you must first join the Discord server and verify your age with a selfie of you holding your ID and a piece of paper with your Discord ID to ensure that no minors are getting hold of 18+ products. Anybody caught sharing NSFW items with minors will have their access revoked and get blocked from the shop.
