BPO State of the Nation 2026: Report and Decision Room
**THE FUTURE OF BPO ISN'T JUST ABOUT AI. IT'S ABOUT WHETHER THE BUSINESS MODEL STILL WORKS.**
What happens to a BPO's revenue when automation removes 15% of the hours it sells?
How do you build a managed-service proposition that rewards improvement rather than activity?
And how do you decide whether an investment in AI, people or operational transformation will genuinely improve the economics of your business?
These aren't theoretical questions. They're decisions that BPO leaders, outsourcing buyers and investors increasingly need to make.
**BPO State of the Nation 2026 gives you the analysis, practical financial tools and commercial examples to examine those decisions for yourself.**
For £149, you receive the complete 67-page report, an editable 36-month financial workbook, a detailed managed-service opportunity model and an investment assessment companion.
You'll also be invited to join me for the private **Decision Room on Monday 23 November at 3pm UK time**, where we'll challenge the findings and explore what needs to change across our industry.
**Whether you're running a BPO, buying outsourced services or considering investment in the sector, this package is designed to help you move beyond the debate and examine the commercial decisions behind it.**
I'm not offering a magic formula or pretending there's one solution for every business.
I'm putting forward evidence, arguments and tools that I believe our industry needs to engage with.
**£149 for the complete package, with immediate access to the report and tools.**

### See what the financial workbook actually reveals
**Can a BPO improve its profitability while also creating measurable financial value for its client?**
I built a 36-month financial model to examine exactly that question.
Using an illustrative 100-person customer operation, the model explores a transition from traditional hourly billing to a managed-service arrangement.
Under the Base case assumptions, the results are interesting.
The BPO provider generates £530,400 in additional net benefit over 36 months, reaching sustained payback in month 11.
The client also benefits, generating £251,600 in additional net value. But its sustained payback doesn't arrive until month 25, and its maximum funding requirement reaches approximately £181,000.
So both parties can win. But not necessarily at the same time.
And that raises some important commercial questions.
Who funds the transition? How should the benefits be shared? What happens if efficiency improvements arrive later than expected? And how do we protect service quality while the operation changes?
The workbook doesn't pretend there's one correct answer.
It allows you to change the assumptions, compare scenarios and examine the financial consequences for yourself.
**This is one of the practical tools included in the £149 BPO State of the Nation 2026 package**, alongside the full report, managed-service opportunity example, investment assessment companion and invitation to the Decision Room on 23 November.
