Lulu the hippo and dress

Lulu is a cute little hippo standing about 10inch tall, she is made here in wool mix felt and can be hand stitched on the outside using a blanket stitched by machine. If using a machine any fabric can be used, the dress pattern for Lulu is included, she is a simple make for beginners or experienced sewers, she is button jointed and has glass eyes but if making for a child you could use safety eyes added before stuffing or even embroider them, the arms and legs could also be attached without using buttons if for a very young child.
