Replay is the best practice tool there is and it is almost always used for the one thing it cannot do. Forty replayed trades feel like evidence, the number that comes out feels like your hit rate, and it is not remotely precise enough to be one.

This guide does the arithmetic of practice. How wide the interval is at forty trades, at a hundred, at five hundred; how many replayed trades it actually takes to settle a rate; and what replay IS good for, which is everything about the procedure and nothing about the number. This is a 44-page PDF that teaches Replay Mode for Practice from the first thing you see on the screen through to a written strategy with an entry, a stop and an explicit rule for when the trade is wrong.

Nothing is taught underneath a chart. Every label sits on the candle, the line or the level it is describing, on real BTC, ETH, SOL and LINK charts. There are three quizzes on real charts, each followed by the same chart re-shown annotated with the reasoning, plus faded practice pages where the first steps are filled in and you finish the rest.

WHAT'S INSIDE

How wide the interval really is -- 19.09 per cent to 48.39 per cent at forty trades, a half-width of 14.7 points. At twenty it is 20.7 and at five hundred it is 4.1.

How many replayed trades settle a rate -- 344 for a half-width of five points, 955 for three and 2,148 for two. Those are the real numbers and they are larger than anybody expects.

What replay is genuinely excellent for -- The procedure. Whether you can identify the signal, place the geometry, wait for resolution and record the row -- all of which are settled in far fewer than forty repetitions.

And the two errors this wave caught in itself -- Both printed in full, with what was found and what was learned. A catalogue that never publishes its own mistakes is not reporting, it is advertising.

WHAT YOU'LL BE ABLE TO DO

Say how wide an interval is at your own number of practice trades.

Work out how many trades a question you care about would need.

Use replay for the procedure and stop using it for the rate.

Read a practice result without turning it into a forecast.

Spot a search dressed up as a robustness check, including your own.

AN HONEST NOTE

Replay Mode for Practice is a clue, not a crystal ball. It describes what price has already done. This guide contains no win-rates, no backtest results and no promises about what you will make, because nobody can verify those and you should not trust anyone who prints them. What it hands you instead is a set of rules you can test yourself on TradingView in an afternoon. Educational, not financial advice.
