The Wellness Training Programme

This could be the only plan you'll ever need! With a minimum of 12 weeks training protocol, which can be used on repeat with the techniques taught, to progress further. Suitable for any level from beginner to advanced, and even professional athlete. Consisting of 2 blocks of 6 weeks worth of full body sessions, with focus predominantly on lower body, designed by Arnold Sports Festival winning IFBB Professional Wellness Athlete Sara Harley.

Five Sessions each week, detailing each workout with guidance on the correct form and execution for each exercise, to promote maximum muscle growth, endurance and strength. The workouts are detailed and interchangeable with a selection of exercises and varieties within each main lift, and they can be printed out so you may record your weights, reps and rest time each session to monitor, and track your progress.

The programme comes with advice on nutrition to help you reach your goals, with a sample diet included, and a macro checklist so you can swap out foods to your taste, and a supplement guidance sheet detailing useful supplements that are commonly and widely used, each with a description of their benefits.
