A four-week course with Lynn Capsalors, combining four short audio recordings and four live conversations. Limited to 6 participants.

Wish you could stop overthinking and just enjoy your day?

You’re having dinner with someone you love, but thinking about something that happened earlier. Or you’re lying in bed, going over a decision you’ve already made. There’s something you want to do, but you keep wondering what people will think.

You’re here—but your attention is somewhere else.

You’re tired of overthinking everything and feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious. You want to feel more peaceful and confident, trust yourself, and enjoy your life without constantly worrying.

Even when nothing is happening, there’s a whole conversation going on in your head.

I wish I’d made a different decision. What was I thinking?

I shouldn’t have eaten that. I think I’ve blown it.

What will people think of me if I do this?

I should have stood up for myself. Why didn’t I say something?

I’m older now. I should have done more with my life.

The subject changes—your relationship, food, the past, the future—but you keep getting caught up in your head.

Maybe you’ve tried meditation, journaling, practicing being present, keeping yourself busy, or saying out loud, “I’m overthinking.”

Even trying to have a quieter mind can start to feel like another job—making lists, remembering techniques, wondering whether you’re doing it right.

What if a quieter mind begins with understanding thought in a new way—so you no longer feel you need to control or manage it?

That’s what we’ll explore together in this four-week course.

Enjoy a conversation without replaying it afterward. Make a decision without calling five people to ask what they think. Say yes to something you want to do, without talking yourself out of it.

Spend less time in your head and more time enjoying your life—feeling peaceful, confident, and able to trust yourself.

What We’ll Explore and Discover Together

Week 1: Understanding What’s Going On in Your Head

Discover a new way to understand your thoughts, feelings, and changing moods—without feeling you need to control them or fix yourself. It’s okay to think what you think and feel what you feel. It’s called being human.

What if you didn’t need to fix or manage every thought and feeling?

Week 2: When That Familiar Conversation Takes Over

Explore the mental chatter about yourself, relationships, food, the past, and the future.

What part of your life are you holding back from because that familiar conversation feels true?

Week 3: Trusting Yourself

Discover what gets in the way of making decisions, feeling confident, and doing things you want to do without talking yourself out of them.

Have you ever known what felt right—then talked yourself out of it?

Week 4: Less Overthinking. More Enjoying Life.

Bring this understanding into everyday life—so having a quieter mind feels less like another job, and you spend more time enjoying the moment.

What would you enjoy doing more of if you spent less time in your head?
