It is recommended that you send high resolution photo files so your photos are in no way distorted or blurry. Include your name and order number in the email subject panel. 

A Digital Mock-Up/Sketch will be sent to your email, Once the mock-up has been approved by you, your stole will then move to production.

DIGITAL SKETCHES: You MUST CAREFULLY review your digital sketch once sent. Please check for spelling errors, typing errors, errors in color, errors in placement, etc. Once your sketch is approved, your cap is prepared and created based on your digital mock up. I will only double check for spelling errors, however If you approved a digital mock up which had an error in placement, wording, color, etc, you are held responsible.
