The instructions and parts list to build your own Mummy and Imhotep 1932 versions out of LEGO® bricks.

My original Mummy was mostly a combination of two other designers’ models. For this version, I started from scratch and decided to stay more true to the actual 1932 movie character played by Boris Karloff. I decided to reference images of the unwrapped head for this particular model.

I started with the legs, using a plate with clip and 1x1 bracket to represent loose bandages. Then, I designed four different bodies with different styles of wrapped bandages, but settled on this as my favorite. I originally used 1x2 tiles for the gauze wrap, but after seeing a version of the Invisible Man by @da.jack I changed to using 1x1 and 1x3 tiles instead. The inverted curved slope with quarter tile is from a version by @mc_survival_man. The head is pretty similar to my Riddler, with different colors. The colors were tough because of the limited palette and because it’s a mostly monochromatic character, but I am pretty happy with the final result even if it is a pretty basic design.

The files for all the picture variations are included. I designed these so that the interior pieces, that are not seen, use more common colors so that they are cheaper to purchase or more likely to be in your own collection already.
