All loops inside of this email are royalty-free regarding any non-exclusive sales of music containing these compositions.

• For exclusive sales: Contact me immediately BEFORE you make an exclusive sale of any music containing these compositions via email (prodby808drx@gmail.com) or Instagram (@808drx) for clearance.
• After buying the loop kit, these loops are royalty free for minor releases, so you can sell beats with these loops without splitting any profits with 808drx. (Only for minor artists)

For Recordings to be distributed or released via a Major Label or Large Indie Label, or any Minor Release that exceeds one million streams on streaming platforms, you shall be required to split advance, royalty and publishing 50/50.
