This book is made of three essays, written separately but meant to be read in order: first an instruction, then attention, then love. Three words carry it: love is the essence, peace is the space, truth is the way.

Woven through the essays are eleven short personal stories by the author, Zvonimir Ruzic: moments from his own life when he stopped, saw, and chose love. They are told plainly, in his own words.
