This shoulder decompression sequence is designed to release tension built up from daily posture, repetitive movement, stress, and heat-related fatigue common in summer months. These poses gently create space in the shoulder joints, upper back, neck, and chest—areas that often tighten from desk work, workouts, and holding stress.
The practice can be done in 5–10 minutes, with standing or kneeling modifications included. Rotate all poses through both sides of the body for balanced release.
