This e-book is the foundational guide covering the basis of the work I do 1-1 with my clients. More than I can deliver and one could take in, in a session. I have built this for you to get to know your system; be able to ascertain its current state, access the Tracker I use with clients to evaluate, reflect and adapt to improve wellbeing and ways to maintain balance in your Endocannabinoid System.

When you complete your purchase it takes you to a page that says download now, you click on that and it opens a new tab with the ebook.

Click the 3 dots and select ‘Share’ then once the share options open scroll down and near the bottom is the option ‘Save to files’ select this and the PDF will be in my Files on my iPhone.

Alternatively go to the confirmation email and open it again and save from there as above.
