Once in, you can follow the program at your own pace.

This course is split into 9 levels and you will be able to advance when you've accomplished a levels goal or when you're ready to.

Each level will contain a program that will include Intel about this energy and a technique to practice once a day.

Every day I'll contact the group to remind everyone to do the technique, see how the progress is going and answer questions or feedback and help everyone reach that levels goal.
