In developing an "aesthetic" physique, your priorities should be placed on your lats and delts. Growing these muscles can help make your waist appear smaller than it is. And this wide, “V taper aesthetic” is what I strive to achieve. My customized program has helped me in getting closer to achieving this look as well as prioritizing chest development. Understand that this is simply just what I DO and WHAT WORKS FOR ME. Split isn’t nearly as important as people make it out to be, as long as you have adequate volume, intensity and recoverability from each session you’ll be fine. Prioritize proper nutrition, training, recovery and sleep and results will follow inevitably.
