works best when nails are dry

1. To use set in water for 5-10 seconds and decals should slide off backing.
2. To apply lay decals on nails and adjust while wet once you like where they are let dry for 30 seconds then top coat and remove access. 
3. To remove access seal with top coat and use nail polish remover on edges.
4. seal edges with top coat and done !
