My ikebana orchid postcards from Taiwan are a unique gift featuring mixed media art with living arrangements, watercolor, and photography. The flowers and plants featured in my postcards are from Taiwan flower farms. As a third generation ikebana artist in my family, it's hard to capture the essence of living art as my arrangements last 3-6 days at most.

Each postcard is printed on 285g metallic etching paper which gives the paper pearly, metallic, and iridescent effects. This type of paper is versatile and it's often used for reproducing paintings, drawings, photo restorations for wall art, and special artwork. The slightly textured surface resembles the papers used on the etching presses used for intaglio printmaking.
