import the newest SDK unless your using creator companion that with do it for you.
import poi shaders. I used poi pro 8. if you dont have this you may need to edit some materials to your liking on the version of shades you use.
import the avatars package.
there will be a scene that's usually named after the avi or says click mee! double click it or drag it unto the hierarchy.
your good to upload!

if you get error saving blueprint. just detach the blueprint and re-upload! it will look like this if needed detached.
