Comprehensive Trail-Making Test (CTMT2) AutoScoring Template

This is an Excel template used for scoring the CTMT-2 (Comprehensive Trail-Making Test, 2nd edition) quickly. Just enter the raw scores, patient birthdate, and test date in the yellow cells and the template with automatically calculate the T Scores, percentiles, and descriptions for Trails 1-5 and all three composite indexes. It will also automatically complete the pairwise comparison of indexes and the ipsative comparison of trails. There is also an additional tab that will display a graph once the raw scores have been inputted for easy readability. For clinician use only.
