FAQ
Does this include the ISO/IEC 17025 standard? No. The checklist references clause numbers and uses original audit questions, but does not reproduce the standard. Buy your own copy from ISO or your national standards body.
Will this guarantee accreditation? No kit can. Your lab is responsible for adapting it to its operations and meeting all requirements, including your accreditation body's policies.
Can I edit everything? Yes, every document is fully editable.
Does it work for calibration labs? This edition is written for testing labs. A calibration edition is planned.
