This program has 13 sections, 7 minutes each, about 90 minutes in total. Its purpose is Recalibration. The 13 Cosmic Crystal Chords are used in combination with the 7 Sword of Orion exponential waveforms.

This program is used after the Cosmic Crystal Precessions program, which prepares or conditions the Mind so it will more easily accept the Recalibration.

What is Recalibration? In this instance, it is Prioritisation, which is assessing what we have regarded as important and then simplifying what has become so complex. In normal mode, it can be very difficult to create a sense of stillness in the Mind. We have too many priorities that sometimes conflict and nearly always take precedence over the truly important issues that we should be addressing.

Stilling the Mind isn't shutting it down. It is simply bringing it into a state of clarity. Most people respond to everything around them in a manner that has been programmed through experience. Therefore, most of our responses are preordained. This is not from destiny or any other idealistic notion. It is simply from repetition. Bringing the Mind into a state of Stillness allows us to reprioritise without the conflict of learnt necessity.

Ascension is about raising your level of Awareness, not just Consciousness. Consciousness is a product of Personal Thoughts, or Personal agendas. Cosmic Crystal Chords are built upon Perception and modulated into Peripheral Awareness, which is the ability to see the big picture using Hindsight, Insight, and Foresight.

These 13 sections do not need to be listened to in one session. However, it is best to finish the section you are listening to rather than stopping part way through it. They are only 7 minute sections, so they should be easy to incorporate into your daily grind. To achieve full benefit from these programs, it is better to listen to them at low volume and with headphones.
