Preparing your Organization for AI

This book describes how to prepare your organization for AI. It includes seven steps, over 25 actions, eleven products and five assurance tasks to enable you to support, achieve and ensure the good and effective development and operation (deployment) of AI ecosystems and AI systems/solutions. The goal, objectives, steps, actions, products and assurance tasks presented below form Phase A (AI Preparation), the first phase of the AI Implementation Approach.
