Synopsis: "Not bad leh" is, in Singlish, an enormous compliment delivered with maximum understatement.

You'll walk past this piece every day, and it questions how you feel about where you are, and it gives a slightly different answer. It grows as you do. Some mornings you'll agree with it. Some mornings you'll argue. Give it a year and it would have said several things to you, and meant all of them. This cheeky piece eventually ages into something less jokey.
