Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup, so you need to take care of yourself first. Saying "no" is a form of self-care, and it's okay to prioritize your own needs. You're worth it! π
π Pay attention to your thoughts. π Notice when you're having negative or self-critical thoughts, and challenge them with positive, affirming ones. πͺ Give yourself permission to make mistakes - we all make them sometimes!Β Make time to do something you enjoy every day, even if it's just for a few minutes .
πMake sure you're getting enough sleep. π΄ Studies show that lack of sleep can increase stress level and make it more difficult to manage stress. So try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Also, try to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and make time for relaxation and fun.Even just a few minutes of deep breathing and meditation each day can make a big difference. And remember to see your doctor regularly, and talk to them about any stress-related concerns.
