Face In / Face Out is a comprehensive Windows-based workforce management platform combining three fully integrated systems: AI facial recognition, EM4100 RFID card scanning, and a complete Philippine payroll engine — all running 100% offline on a single PC.

Built on the Facenet-128 deep learning model via ONNX Runtime, extended with keyboard-wedge RFID support, and equipped with a payroll module that automates every calculation from daily rate to BIR withholding tax, Face In / Face Out eliminates the need for three separate software products.

The attendance engine runs two independent identification methods simultaneously the moment you press Start Capture. Both methods produce identical results: a real-time dashboard update, a voice announcement, and a permanent log entry tagged with the input source.

The payroll module is the most powerful feature of Face In / Face Out. It reads directly from attendance logs, applies a fully configurable salary structure, computes all Philippine government deductions, and generates print-ready reports formatted for 8.5 × 13 inch Folio paper — all with a single click.

All four mandatory Philippine government deductions are computed automatically using current 2024 tables and the TRAIN Law 2023 tax schedule. No manual lookup tables. No spreadsheet formulas. The system does it all.

Every report is generated as formatted HTML and printed directly to your printer on 8.5 × 13 inch Folio/Legal paper at high resolution. No external software, no PDF converter, no manual formatting. Click the button, confirm the printer, and it prints.

The Export to Excel button generates a single multi-sheet Excel workbook containing every report for the selected period. All sheets are fully formatted with the RISE Systems dark-blue header style, auto-sized columns, Philippine Peso number formatting, and alternating row colors.

Design for Philippine use but can also be applied to similar Asian countries. Default setting 6 days a week with 1 restday, double pay on regular holiday and 30% added on special holiday, also 30% added when working on your restday. All deduction are based on Philippine government mandates and labor laws. Everything is automated just need to configure the salary setup and everything else is one-click away.
