Think First Teen
Teens already use AI constantly, for homework, for advice, for answers to questions they used to have to sit with. Think First Teen is a 14-session program, 25 minutes a day, built to give teens the one thing AI can't hand them: the judgment to use it well.
Rather than treating AI as a shortcut to avoid, this program teaches teens to use it as a tool to gain an outside perspective and sharpen their own discernment, while remaining the author of their own thinking. Built around the Think, Explore, Invest, Reflect (TEIR) framework, each daily exercise builds the habit of pausing to think before reacting and holding on to their own voice instead of defaulting to whatever answer comesĀ first.
Teens finish with a completion certificate and habits that carry well past the program: intellectual independence, the patience to sit with a hard question, and the self-trust to disagree with an AI, a source, or a crowd when their own judgment says otherwise. A strong fit for advisory, homeroom, or any block built for real character work rather than filler.
