Threshold — 5-Day Guided Reflection Mini Journey
Meet doubt. Move with uncertainty. Return gently.
Threshold is a 25-page, five-day guided reflection mini journey for meeting doubt, uncertainty, fear, emotional waves and overwhelm without asking yourself to feel fearless or certain.
It may meet you when what lies ahead feels close, but you cannot know what it will ask of you — when one part of you feels prepared while another does not, when you want a plan but know the path may change, or when several feelings arrive together.
Threshold offers a gentler way to stay connected to your own voice and meet only the next moment rather than the whole unknown at once.
Your five days
Day 1 — When Doubt Speaks
Day 2 — Navigating the Unknown
Day 3 — Emotional Waves
Day 4 — Fear as a Messenger
Day 5 — Returning after Overwhelm
Each day includes an opening whisper, an inner landscape, a short practice, reflection prompts and a gentle integration.
Move through the five days consecutively or at your own pace. Repeat a day, skip a prompt, pause and return, or simply read. Even one to three minutes can be enough.
What you receive
One 25-page A5 digital PDF for personal use, including a standalone welcome, five guided daily chapters, a Quiet Completion, a phase-choice page and optional access to Celestia, the Womb Visions reflection companion. Threshold is complete without using Celestia.
Important overlap note
Threshold contains the same five core daily chapters as Phase III / Days 11–15 of the complete 21-Day Womb Visions Emotional Self-Care Journey, with additional standalone opening and completion pages.
If you already own the complete Journey, you already have the core Threshold chapters and do not need this Mini Journey separately.
Format
Digital PDF only. No physical product will be shipped. The PDF is not fillable or interactive. Read it on screen in a standard PDF reader or print one A5 copy for your personal use.
Threshold is an educational and reflective emotional self-care resource. It is not therapy, medical or mental-health care, diagnosis, treatment or crisis support, and it does not promise healing, calm or any particular emotional outcome.
