Does this include the ISO/IEC 17025 standard? No. Requirements are summarised in our own words with clause references. You'll need your own copy of the standard.

Is it only for testing labs? It's written for testing labs. Many requirements apply to calibration labs too, but a calibration edition is planned.

What do I need to use it? Microsoft Excel (or a compatible spreadsheet app).

Will it guarantee accreditation? No. It shows your gaps clearly; closing them is up to your lab.
