Here’s a peek at what we’ll be munching this month! I like to keep things seasonal, balanced and (most importantly) child-approved. Each week I try to include beef, pork, chicken, and fish—plus loads of fresh veggies that are in season right now. 🌿🥕
I don’t currently have any children with allergies, so this plan is nut- and dairy-inclusive, but always adaptable if you need ideas for swaps.
