This e-cookbook has one goal - to help you include more delicious plant-based dishes in your diet. In this PDF, you'll find a variety of easy, vibrant & healthy plant-based oil-free recipes, from quick breakfasts, to family dinners, to my favourite ways to cook tofu (I promise, it can actually taste good!). Given my peanut-allergy, all recipes are peanut-free and I've labelled those that can be made nut-free and/or gluten-free.
Along with these recipes, I’ve included a plant-based shopping list which you can print and customize. The list is divided into categories to help you navigate the store effectively and will stock your kitchen with a rainbow of fruits, veggies, legumes and grains. I’ve also created a sample meal plan featuring the recipes in this e-book to help you plan your weekly menu.
