What will we learn?
Learn the foundations of traditional Thai Massage with step-by-step guidance. In this first session, you’ll discover correct body positioning, basic techniques, pressure control, and the fundamental sequence for a safe and effective full-body treatment.

- 10 exercises in 10 videos of the first day, explaining how to do each exercise correctly
- a workbook in pdf form to keep notes
- 1 video demonstrating how to do all exercises together with me :)
