Seven Days of Earth-Paced Kindness
Seven Days of Earth-Paced Kindness
A gentle, guided seven-day experience to help you shift from self-judgment into steady self-kindness.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is not about becoming more productive, more positive, or more “together.”
It is about learning to meet yourself differently—
with more patience, more softness, and more space to be human.
Across seven days, you’ll move through simple reflections and practices designed to help you notice your inner voice, soften self-criticism, and build a more supportive relationship with yourself.
Each day includes:
a grounded self-reflection practice
gentle prompts for awareness and shift
space to write, pause, or simply sit with what comes up
You are also given optional “If You Have Capacity” suggestions—simple ways to support your body, mind, or emotions if you feel able. These are not requirements, and there is nothing you need to complete perfectly.
This is an experience you move through at your own pace.
There is no falling behind here.
