
Blacklist add-on for Booknetic
The Blacklist Add-on is a powerful tool designed to help you block unwanted appointment bookings. It is commonly used for security, spam prevention, and productivity enhancement by filtering out unwanted or harmful email addresses and phone numbers.
Whether for personal or business use, the Blacklist Add-on ensures a safer and more controlled online booking experience by preventing access to blacklisted entries.
How to Use the Blacklist Add-on
- You can find the Blacklist button on the Customers page.
- To add a new blacklisted customer, click the "Add New" button.
- You can select an existing customer with prefilled details
- Alternatively, you can manually enter the necessary details
- When editing a customer, you can block them by simply clicking the "Block" button
- On the same page, you can unblock a customer by clicking the "Unblock" button
If a customer enters an email address or phone number that is found on the blacklist, the add-on will prevent them from completing the booking process. It also checks the customer ID if the user is logged in. If the ID is also on the list, it will prevent the user to continue.
You can define staff permissions, including the ability to:
- Access the Blacklist page
- Add new customers to the blacklist
- Edit blocked customer details
- Delete customers from the blacklist
Compatible with Regular and SaaS versions.
Compatible with the Packages add-on.

- A block reason can be added to blacklisted customers

- If you add a new appointment or edit an existing one and select a blacklisted customer, a warning message will appear.
