My unique approach combines gratitude, laughter and art to help individuals and businesses alike overcome stress, unlock their creativity and achieve their goals.

I am a bestselling author and contributing author in ‘Creative LifeBook: Reflections on The Art Of Living A Fully Expressed Life,’ a certified laughter yoga teacher and currently teaching creative classes at Michaels, Savannah location.

I am also the founder of ‘Manifesting Mobile©’, an immersive community art project that has been traveling around the country since 2010. This project has allowed me to bring creativity and community engagement to a wider audience, inspiring people to come together and envision a better future for our Planet, People, Prosperity and Peace.
