Your coaching experience includes:

  • 8 personalised strength coaching sessions
  • 2 sessions per week across 4 weeks
  • tailored programming and exercise selection
  • nutrition assessment and personalised guidance
  • ongoing accountability and support
  • training adjustments based on your progress and goals


Sessions are designed to support long-term progress through structured, evidence-based coaching tailored specifically to you.


Please note:

All 8 sessions must be used within 1 month of the first scheduled session date unless otherwise agreed.
