The ideal cookery book (1911)

I enjoy reading cookbooks, especially the older ones. My mother had a Martha Washinton cookbook, which got me started. These older books not only contain recipes, but tell a young bride how to manage her entire household, some contain advice on servants and their expected duties. They are a glimpse into a bygone era.
