Manual weather and operational records; no automatic GPS, photo-evidence verification, payroll, payment processing or external accounting integration. The delay register is an operational record rather than legal evidence. Estimated gross profit is a forecast, distinct from realized project profit and from cash received. Project direct costs exclude general business overhead. Use one reporting currency consistently; changing a number format does not convert currencies.
