Patchwork Heart Baby Quilt

The Patchwork Heart Baby Quilt is a half-square triangle quilt featuring a pretty patchwork heart emerging from one corner. The smaller size makes this a perfect quilt for a baby or for a lap quilt -- mine fits perfectly hanging over the back of a bench chair at our dining table. The pattern is easy to make and fun for any skill level.
