LATMAN’s 5-day split
This is my universal training split that I used to build the foundation of my physique. As long as you lift heavy and train with a high intensity you will see results from this. The way I have structured these exercises is so you will get the most out of them if you follow them as they are written. Excited to see everyone’s progress.
