You will purchase an PDF document that gives you a link to an easy to edit Canva template of the complete Welcome Pack, as well as easy to follow instructions. The Welcome Pack template has a lot of information already included, and a lot of this information may not need changing. You will however, want to add your own information in some sections and this is very easy to do.

I will receive the completed form, along with any photos you would like included, and I will then complete the template using your information and photos and send you the completed brochure by email. You can then print it out and leave it in the van or send it to your guests before they arrive.

You then edit the text and change the images to suit your caravan and location
You can then easily save your brochure as a PDF
Print it out to leave in the caravan or send it to guests as an email attachment or by What’s App, before they arrive.

I'll create a custom Google map for your caravan’s location. It will feature local days out ideas, beaches, national parks, attractions, shops and activities. I will then send you a link to the map; which you can share with your guests.
